Medical review + consultation.

Your $49 consultation fee covers your initial medical visit and ongoing care support through our secure patient portal for the next 12 months (as clinically appropriate).

If treatment is prescribed, you'll get a plan + invoice in your portal.

After provider approval, you’ll see your recommended next steps, pricing, and instructions in your HIPAA-compliant patient portal.

Medication ships to your door (where permitted).

Prescriptions are fulfilled by a U.S.-based, state-licensed compounding pharmacy partner and shipped directly to you. Because compounded prescriptions are prepared to order, tracking typically becomes available within 5–7 business days after the pharmacy begins processing your order.
