The Decade Where It Starts to Show.
Most people get one set of labs a year, glance at whether anything was flagged, and move on. Longevity care treats those numbers as a trend line worth managing.
Markers drifting
Cholesterol, blood sugar, or blood pressure creeping up year over year while still landing inside "normal."
Strength slipping
Muscle and stamina declining faster than you expected — the change that quietly determines how the next thirty years go.
Sharpness and energy
Focus, recovery, and drive that aren't what they were, without an obvious explanation.
You want the data
You'd rather see the numbers and act early than wait for a diagnosis to make the decision for you.
Measure, Then Act.
Longevity without labs is just guessing with better branding.

Get your panel drawn
A comprehensive longevity panel at a lab near you — considerably broader than a standard annual physical.
Review your numbers
Your provider walks through the results in plain language: what's solid, what's drifting, and what's worth acting on now.
Track the trend
Repeat panels over time, with the plan adjusted as the numbers move. One snapshot is data; a trend line is information.
Beyond the Annual Physical.
A standard yearly panel is built to catch disease. A longevity panel is built to catch direction.
What gets measured
The panel is selected by your provider based on your history and goals. Areas commonly reviewed include:
- Metabolic markers — blood sugar and insulin response
- Cardiovascular markers beyond standard cholesterol
- Inflammatory markers
- Hormone levels, where relevant to your symptoms
- Thyroid, vitamin, and micronutrient status
- Organ function baselines to track over time
What we do with it
Results only matter if something changes because of them. Depending on what your panel shows, a plan may include:
- Metabolic and weight support where indicated
- Hormone optimization, if labs and symptoms support it
- Peptide therapies for recovery and sleep, where appropriate
- Targeted supplementation through our Proviva partnership
- Nutrition guidance via Case Specific Nutrition
- Repeat labs on a schedule, to confirm it's working
The Preparations Used in Longevity Care.
These are prescribed only where your labs and your provider support it — and only as part of a plan, never as a standalone purchase.
Epitalon
CELLULAR AGINGA peptide studied for its role in cellular aging pathways. Prescribed within longevity protocols where a provider determines it is appropriate.
MOTS-c
METABOLIC FUNCTIONA mitochondrial-derived peptide studied for its role in metabolic regulation and energy production.
Semax
COGNITIVE & FOCUS SUPPORTA peptide studied for its effects on cognitive function — the focus and mental-clarity side of longevity care.
Where these stand with the FDA — in plain language.
None of the preparations above is an FDA-approved drug. In July 2026 the FDA’s Pharmacy Compounding Advisory Committee recommended each of them for the Section 503A Bulks List, the list that governs what compounding pharmacies may prepare. That recommendation is advisory: the FDA must still complete formal rulemaking before it takes effect. We prescribe only what our licensed pharmacy partners can lawfully prepare at the time of your prescription, and only after a consultation with a provider licensed in your state. If that changes, we will tell you.

Measurable, Not Mystical.
Longevity has attracted a lot of expensive nonsense. We'd rather be boring and accurate.
We won't sell you a number you can't verify.
No biological-age scores, no proprietary indexes, no protocols that can't be explained. Your plan is built on standard laboratory markers a provider can interpret, that you can retest anywhere, and that move in a direction you can see.
Everything traces to a lab value
If we recommend something, there's a marker behind it — and a re-check scheduled to see whether it worked.
Under one provider team
Hormones, weight, recovery, and nutrition sit in the same chart. The person reading your panel can act on all of it.
Honest about the limits
Some of this field is well established and some of it is early. We'll tell you which is which rather than charging you for the difference.
Honest About the Hard Parts.
What patients most often want to know before starting.
Bloodwork is the program
Before the plan and on a schedule after. If you're not willing to do repeat labs, this isn't the right fit.
It's a long game
Markers move over months, not days. The value compounds with time, which is exactly why starting earlier matters.
Not a substitute
This does not replace your primary care physician, your cardiologist, or age-appropriate cancer screening. It works alongside them.

Before You Book.
How is this different from my annual physical?
An annual panel is built to catch disease that's already present. A longevity panel is broader and is read as a trend over time, to catch direction before it becomes diagnosis.
Do I have to stop seeing my regular doctor?
No, and you shouldn't. This works alongside primary care and any specialists you see. We'll share results so everyone is working from the same numbers.
Will you tell me my "biological age"?
No. Those scores vary by whoever is selling them and can't be verified independently. We work from standard lab markers you can retest anywhere.
What if my labs come back fine?
That's a good outcome, and it's a baseline worth having. We'll tell you what to watch and when to retest rather than inventing a problem to treat.
How often do I need labs?
It depends on what your first panel shows and what you're working on. Your provider will set a schedule and explain the reasoning.
Can I get this through my employer?
Often, yes. If your employer partners with us, you'll have access at group rates. Ask your HR team, or point them to our employer page.
Start With Knowing Where You Stand.
A free consultation with a licensed provider. Labs first, plan second.
Longevity and anti-aging services are provided following laboratory evaluation and a consultation with a provider licensed in your state. These services do not replace primary care, specialist care, or age-appropriate preventive screening. Treatments are prescribed only where clinically appropriate; some preparations discussed are patient-specific compounded medications and are not FDA-approved products. Individual results vary.
